Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ku09 ("ku09", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ku09.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ku09 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to the Platform.

Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, ku09 may suspend or permanently close the account concerned and retain any balance pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ku09 Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. ku09 makes no representation that the Platform is legal, appropriate, or available in any jurisdiction other than those it explicitly serves.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a ku09 account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep all registration information current and accurate at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ku09 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. ku09 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ku09 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated login method not provided by ku09.

ku09 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify ku09 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. ku09 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ku09 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle — including but not limited to initial registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a change in personal details, or as part of a periodic review. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

3.3 Account Currency

All ku09 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote Taka amounts. ku09 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated accounts.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. ku09 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts once this threshold is reached. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact our support team.

Deposits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ku09 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction via all supported MFS (Mobile Financial Service) channels including bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit amounts for card and bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ku09 account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer and card deposit processing times may vary and are subject to third-party processing timelines. ku09 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited to your ku09 account are from a legitimate source and belong to you. ku09 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from your registered payment method may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification requirements at ku09's discretion.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

ku09 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1–3 business hours for verified accounts via bKash and Nagad under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended where additional KYC verification is required or during periods of high demand.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC verified; (b) any active bonus funds must have met the stated wagering requirements before the associated deposit can be withdrawn; (c) withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible; (d) a minimum of one deposit must have been made before any withdrawal can be processed.

5.4 Right to Refuse or Delay

ku09 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any derived winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

ku09 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any legal obligations to honour commitments already made. Players will not be entitled to compensation solely as a result of a promotion being withdrawn or modified.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the ku09 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, ku09's decision shall be final. ku09 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were opened or settled in error.

7.2 Casino Games

Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account

Privacy & Data

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ku09's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by ku09

ku09 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or pose a financial or reputational risk to the Platform or its users.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ku09 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ku09 will process any remaining verified balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are pending.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether by you or by ku09 — all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in full force and effect.
